You should expect to pay aprox. $500 to $1000 or more for the electrical installation.
Your electrician will have to install a 60 amp, 2 pole circuit breaker in your panel, and a 60 amp, 240 volt GFCI panel/disconnect near the spa.

Not normally, unless it is stated either in the ad or when viewing them in the showroom. Generally, the price is only for the unit and possibly delivery. If you are real lucky, it MAY include assembly.
