Although I saw his youtube video about illegal immigration, will he live up to his statements? or is he just trying to swindle the american people.

I agree, we should revoke all present and previously granted immigrant status for FIVE generations back. Send them all home.

I think this would work.
1. Severely punish employers who practice the hiring of illegal immigrants. A second offense should require mandatory 5 year prison sentences, and a loss of their business license. Make it a hazard to employers to hire illegals.
2. fine landlords monthly for housing illegal immigrants.
3. Cut Illegals off from any and all government benefits.
4. Have Illegal immigrant's house and land property siezed by the government.
If we do these things, it'll be nearly impossible for an illegal immigrant to live in the United States. They'll deport themselves.

Fred Thompson has always seemed to be a sincere person, with well-thought-out views. I believe he is a man of his word.

that is probable simply by fact he continues to be for unlawful immigrants being deported as stated on the top of the item. Mr. Gulianni on the different hand, stated that it is not against the regulation which suggests that he isn't for deporting them the two (except he's stated that those days).

Why should it make any difference what Fred Thompson says? What power does he have? He won't be president and he is no longer in Congress so speculation as to what Fred Thompson will do about anything is irrelevant.

No. There will always be illegal aliens. There is no way to prevent it in a country this size and this open.
