This particular doctor destroyed my breasts, and my family wants me to get an attorney. I just don't know which avenue to explore first, the media or a lawyer. Thank you

Hire a good lawyer first. Good luck.

That would be pretty much up to your lawyer don't you think. Why would you hire a lawyer if you are going to conduct the case on your own and without consultation. Sounds like you think you can extort money from the doctor by threatening something like that. If the doctor's attorneys can show that you have attempted, by threat of exposure, to gain a settlement than you will have no case and end up just being someone who showed your bad breast job to the world.

I'd avoid the media. In fact, that would be kind of a dumb thing to do. The last thing you need to do is have your breasts floating around everywhere for the world to see, and there is no guarantee that it will make any difference. Your breasts are just as likely to become entertainment than they are to become "news." Get your attorney. Sue the guy. The attorney will handle everything and save you a lot of embarrassment, and make it not look like you are just trying to get attention.

Go with the lawyer if you release these pictures you could damage your case before it gets off the ground

Get the lawyer first. Let him handle any media interaction and everything else.

Don't show your hand of cards until you have your opponent where you want them!

Talk to the attorney FIRST!!

DO NOT PUBLISH THEM!!! Go to an attorney first. Go immediately. If you publish those photos, you can RUIN your case.
