I like Lowan Honey O's and Crispix.... both of which are nice with milk or straight from the box. I'm also partial to Frosted Flakes, and Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes...... I think Smitty needs something with plenty of fiber, because obviously he is still full of **IT.
