I did this by throwing them into the dryer too long on a hot setting. Is there any way to restore them to their original size? Thanks!

If you can put them on, soak them with cold water [while you have them on] and wear them. Never mind the fact that it is an uncomfortable sensation. The denim will stretch and become more "form fitting". It is a better alternative than throwing them away.

Wash them again, but in cold water and when you take them out of the washer, (I'm serious about this) put them on wet. Sit, bend and stretch and keep them on for a while. The cotton will stretch to accomodate your figure. Hang them to dry and after they dry, throw them in the dryer to soften them up.

Try wearing them around the house for a day. Sometimes jeans stretch with wear. If that works, STAY AWAY FROM DRYERS : )

i take advantage of to have that take place each now and then, With my denims i got here upon soaking them and while there moist stretch them and if that's the size, I stand on the backside of the legs and pull from the appropriate. Dry them exterior or draw close in bathe do not put in dryer. next time wash them in chilly. solid success

try re-washing them in cold water and air dry. they still might be a little snug, but put them on and stretch them out a little bit. sounds silly, but actully bend over and squat a few times and eventually, they should give a little bit
