Intuition can have many meanings to many people,
I will define intuition as a hypothesis which can't
be comprehensively explained. In my opinion,
almost all people use intuition on a regular basis
whether they know it or not because intuition can
be examined as two types of intuition. Intuition
of natural observation and intuition of human
observation. For example, if I ask a question which
an individual can't explain then the individual can
either use intuition of natural observation of the
subject of the question. The second option is for
the individual to ask another individual for the answer.
In the second option the asking individual is relying on
their intuition of the other individual's capacity to answer
accurately because inability to use the first option implies
that the individual doesn't at the time have the means
to validate the answer which is given by the other individual,
but due to past experience the individual has validated
to some extent the answering individual.

I use my intuition when it rises up and taps me on the shoulder. This from time to time. I don't go looking for my intuition, but when it arrives, I weigh it's impact in my fianl decision. Sometimes it's hard to tell intuition vs personal bias... so I can't simply let what might be intuition run the show.
In work situations I try to go with fact-based knowledge (working in a medical field) but sometimes I am on the fence because on multiple factors involved in a decision. That's when intuition may come to me. Also, it often tells me when the TIME is right to do something. The process of learning when to trust intuition is, in my opinion, the sculpting of real wisdom.

The situation in itself is what makes us act.
However the situation is undefinable, and in reality it is only experiential.
We really have no say in how we react to it - we were going to react in the same way whether we liked it or not. Our mind is a giant center that generates conditioned (i.e. socially and genetically) responses to each situation that it perceives to be presented with.
But what if we don't like the situation, then we will not want to act...We then try and think first about what to do rather than act naturally - and our thought changes the perception of the situation in our mind....Which our intuition is then happy to automatically act upon because the thought changed an undesirable situation into a desirable situation.
So we use it all the time, but it doesn't seem like we did when we think about and change a situation first, before we decide to act (through our intuition).
Therefore we always use our intuition, but we think and place ourselves in bad situations. There is only one perception that does complete justice to any situation, and true intuition is a perception.

All of us do. It is our intuition that helps us to decide when we have equally appealing choices. The ability to think intuitively is related to a part of the brain. Those who have got it removed for some or other reason end up being otherwise perfect people who just can't decide upon anything - they are always working out pros and cons without finalizing!

Every day... at least when I play chess. Intuition gives a faster decision than thorough analysis. And also when I try to understand the others. In my work (research), it's more about imagination

Yes and would you believe that women's intuition is the best.
But from all the decisions I made, the best ones comes from experience and lessons from past mistakes.

I always go with my gut reaction which is intuition...there are
IQ and EQ
Emotional IQ is where intuition comes in
IQ is the intelligent IQ making a rational decision
Based on your experiences in life and how you view things.....
Always go with your gut reaction when you do not feel right about something you just don't do it................

I use my intuition all the time. Whether to take a job or pursue a relationship, I listen to my inner voice and it has never failed me. The more you listen to it the easier it gets.....

I do more often than not. I tend to be right about 80% of the time. Your first thought is usually the right one. You don't over think it if you don't have time to haha
