about to choose an internet company?

which one is better Verizon, Optimum online, Vonage, or Comcast

I use comcast high speed which comes with some free goodies, It is expensive but I have had no issues at all with it. My fellow workers use Verizon and they tend to have a lot of issues .The other outfits I have never used so I really cant comment on the them. I love the download speeds of comcast.But that will depend on your system too.
