before I even say what I wanted, yes, I have it and yes, while it's not always easy by any standerds, I'm more than a little happy and grateful that I have. I always wanted true love, as corny as that sounds, before I even totally understood what that meant. Always wanted someone to make life more worth it and I have him and hope I do as much for him; finally trust that I do as well.
sometimes though I wonder if everyone knows what they want enough to recognize it when they have it? I'm not trying to be hypocritical, I didn't realize to the full extent of what it meant right away either. Everyone asks for a miracle and then doesn't recognize one for what it is..

Enough money to not have to worry about eating the rest of my life no matter how long it is. And a good place to live goes with it.
I got there about fifteen years ago and have been able to do what I want to do and not what I have to do.
Been to many nations and learned a lot about what this world is really like.
It only took 40 years to do it. First job at age 14 and retired at age 54.

The one thing I have always wanted in life is God's grace. To answer your question as to whether I have got it or not, let me put it this way:
"I am 72 years old. I have had my ups and downs in my life. The Good Lord has given me both vinegar and honey, but while He has given me the vinegar with a teaspoon, He has given me the honey with a ladle"
It has not only made me happy, it has overwhelmed me.
I pray that you may find happiness too.

the one most important thing that i have always wanted in my life is a career. a steady, earning a lot of my own money career. i would much rather have a big, exciting job than children and a husband, and it is something that i am working towards at the moment. i am interested in psychology, and hope to study it when i (hopefully) get to university, although it is a few years off yet, lol.

To work with animals. Partially. I have quite a few dog, cat, bird, reptile, etc. sitting jobs so am in contact with animals quite a bit. Worked in wildlife rehab at the SPCA for a few years. So partially I have what I wanted. I would like to work with someone who has a rehab for big cats and other animals.
