Jay Cutler. But it is very close between him and Matt Leinart. Cutler has the benefit from being coached by Mike Shanahan, who is known for his work with QBs. Had the Broncos selected Leinart, I believe Leinart would become the best pro.
Although, Leinart has by far the most weapons. (Boldin, Fitzgerald, Edgerrin James.) Which resembles what he had at USC. (Steve Smith, Dwayne Jarrett, Reggie Bush, LenDale White.) But saying Cutler will be the best pro doesnt mean Leinart wont be good or even great. I believe Leinart will be a pro-bowler in do time. The Cardinals made a great move selecting Levi Brown, and then moving him to RT to protect Leinarts blindside.
The problem with Vince Young is, he literally has no weapons. You cant count on Brandon Jones, Ben Troupe, or even LenDale white. They made a mistake selecting Chris Henry RB Arizona, when his best season came when he averaged a mere 3.8 ypc. Vince Young didnt progress at all passing wise, but he makes good reads and knows how to run an offense. If he could be more consistent passing the ball, he could be one of the most dymanic players in the NFL, but I just cant see that happening, especially with his sorrounding cast.

How do some of you say Leinhart has the best supporting cast? Yeah he may have the best players at the skilled positions but, the best thing for a QB is a consist line that knows how to block. As long as Cutler is in Denver then he will be the best of the three, as long as he can make good decisions unlike Jake the snake. Cutler has the best tools out of all of them any way he has the strongest arm by far and has great vision. I expect him to be a pro bowler, maybe not this year, but once he gets one under his belt it sure as hell won't be his last.

Jay Cutler is the best of the bunch
Leinart should have a good career, especially when you look ath the skill players around him.
Young is way, way over rated. Yes he's an amazing athlete, and he showed that again last year just as he has throughout his life. But what he has not shown, ever, is the ability to play the qb position. By that I mean, he has never shown the ability to be a passer. If he ever wants to have real success in the NFL he had better start to show that ability soon.
I'm not saying he won't. I'm saying that he has not yet done it, and he will have to if he ever wants to ever be a truly good qb. I have nothing against him, but i just don't see it happening.

Jay Cutler will be the better quarterback because Denver has a good running game, excellent receivers and a ok o-line. But Vince Young will be the best qb because unlike Ron Mexico he can throw and run...Hope the Madden curse doesn't continue this year.

Matt Leinhart will be the best not becuase he has the most skills (VY in TN), not becuase he has the biggest arm (J Cut in Den.), But becuase just like in college, the talent around him is as emmence as it gets. Fitzgerald, Bolded, a revamped O line (drafted Levi Brown RT from Penn St.), and Edge who will settle in nice this season. And watch out for Ben Patrick, a TE from Deleware the got in the 7th round, even though many anylist had him ranked top 6. Defense ain't bad either, anchered by Wilson SS, Rolle CB, Danby, OLB, and a few other young stars.

Leinhart for the time being because Ken Wisenhunt is a great offensive coach and they have tons of playmakers on that team (Fitzgerald, Boldin, Edge and Leonard Pope at TE...).

As long as they get some decent linemen (selecting Levi Brown should help), Leinhart should be pretty good especially in a weak division.

Well, Young won the ROY.

Leinhart has the best supporting cast.
Young is an athletic freak.
Cutler has the best arm.

They will all be amazing QB's. I could see all three going to the Pro-Bowl this year.

In the long run:
1) Cutler - good physical skills, one of the best organizations around him, quality players in all areas, consistant running game, quality WRs

2) Leinart - great physical skills, improving organization, talent level around him going up, great WR core

3) Vince Young - great physical skills but he'll have to change his style in the long run - predominately running QBs have short and erratic careers, good organization, good coaches, talent level improving but still lacking, almost nothing for WRs and RBs, can he physically take the pounding he will endure for the next couple of years until they make the needed changes around him?

Vince Young will because of his speed and size. In his rookie season he almost got Tennesse to the playoffs. They only had to beat the Patriots in their last game and they would have been in. This years draft Tennessee got a couple wide recievers that Vince can throw to so he doesnt have to use his legs as much, but not like thats a bad thing.

Cutler sees the field better, strong, accurate arm, and make difficult passes.
Leinhart is smartest of three as far as reading defenses, arm strength and accuracy will limit him in some games.
Young has great physical skills but defenses will adjust and force him to throw and expose his inability to throw particular passes.
