Fringe benefits are things like company gas cards, travel vouchers, company cars, cell phones, computers, etc. Anything outside of normal compensation (salary, vacation, holidays off, sick time, stock options/401k) would be considered fringe benefits.

It all depends on the company you work for. Some give you alot of the holiday's off & some just give you the basic one's. Same with vacations, some give you alot & some only a small amount.

Don't work in the restaurant industry, you get none. Trying to get a day off is horrid, and you might get fired.
