I once focusd at a men's private part(with clothes on) while I was thinking something on my mind(not dirty thing, of course) actually, but after I stop thinking, only I move my visual to other place...but it's too late!...he noticed...it actually happen quite long time ago..but I still can't forgive myself...i feel so embarassing...!...how to overcome this?

I read once that people do wander in their looking without intentional effort. A woman will glance at the bust of another women just as a man will. It is possible that your subconscious mind did select that focal point.
I believe the expression is; "Women do look." So what is the problem?
You may need to babysit or place yourself in a situation where you do get to look in an acceptable environment.
The big issue was that you were caught and while you may reject the argument that any intent was present, you still focused in that one area. It is all a part of being human.

i did the exact same thing a while ago. me and a lad mate were sitting down and i was watching a spider that was crawling along the carpet bahind him. but because of the position of the spider and where he was sitting it looked like i was watching his privates. he noticed and we just laughed about it, and i explained to him that i was watching the spider.
at the end of the day that didn't really mean anything, and we both know i was not looking at it. if it really bothers you you could tell him that you were day dreaming and not looking there. but if it was a long time ago he has probably forgotton all about it by now, trust me. you remember all of your own emabarresing things but other people will have forgotten after a little while.

HELL NO that isn't any longer unattractive. Your pal Kate would desire to be jealous of it. Is she a sprig, accidentally? there's a reason JLo and Kim Kardashian get extra interest from adult adult males than say...Kate Moss or that best pal McBeal chick.

Besides he probably new that you were daydreaming anyway, or had an enormous ego boost by having a hot chick look at him ;)
I can't see the man being totally upset about you 'looking at him' so there really is no reason for you to be embarrased.
