As others have pointed out, either you've seen the footage of them placing the flag, and they're shaking the pole, or you've seen them lunar module blast off, when, wow, amazingly when they turned on the engines, exhaust came out and made the flag move, as well as everything in the nearby area.
And to address your gravity statement, there was no shuttle, it was a lunar lander, and they are two vastly different things. The lunar landing occured in 1969 and the space shuttle didnt make its first launch until 1981. sorry.
here is the lunar lander:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_lander
You do realize that the lunar surface is a layer of fine dust, about talcum powder consistency, that is several feet thick. This dust is made from debris blasted out of the Lunar craters by meteor impacts over billions of years. Although i suppose if you dont believe we went to the moon i guess you probably still think its made of cheese too.
So to us rational people, you're saying that 1/6 of your weight isnt enough to make your footprint, or the footprint of the 32,399 lb lunar lander, in a layer of baby powder.
That's simply not true, and you can do that experiment in your own home. Fill a box with baby powder till its about a foot deep. Put something that weighs 1/6 what you do into the box and observe the results.
And finally to close, do you REALLY think at that time, at the height of the Cold War, with the Soviet Union watching the Apollo missions like hawks, HOPING for us to be faking it, we would actually be able to pull off a deception of that massive a scale? No Way.
And i havent even gone into the laser reflector that is up there, the triangulation of the radio transmissions from the lunar lander that was done by most of the countries in the world showing that it was on the lunar surface, and the fact that the US government has/is/and always will be too incompetent and leak-filled to ever be able to pull off something like that.
It happened, deal with it.

I never understood why conspiracy theorists assume that astronauts didn't already know before they left Earth that there would be no wind to fly the flag and therefore actually thought ahead and ran a wire along the top edge of the flag for the flag to hang down from.... being able to display national pride in such a success story was very important! to say the least...
Also, how can anyone look at a still image, a photo, and declare what is moving or not, and how it is moving? Is it simply that the flag is wrinkled? That is only to be expected when gravity is slow to pull it straight down, or when it has been set in motion by the action of setting it up.

There are solar winds throughout our Solar system. And, yes 1/6 gravity is enough to make marks of shoes and the shuttle if you take into account that the surface of the moon is covered in a very fine dust-like material.
Believe what you want, but it happened.

Whenever certain men perform tasks which are impossible for others to achieve, the doubters and naysayers come out from under their rocks and out of the crevices in the earth and spout their twisted tales of disbelief. We should all take a moment to look closely at them and recognize them for the ignorant fools that they are, then go on about our normal activities. As long as some men and women continue to achieve fantastic goals in life we will be plagued with the little underachievers who are compelled to distribute their tales of doubt. That is the only way they can briefly bask in the sunlight of recognition. They certainly have not done anything noteworthy or outstanding for humanity.

The flag was moving when they were MOVING THE FLAG POLE. This is called: Inertia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inertia
The surface of the moon is very finely powedered, and there was more than enough pressure exerted by the astronauts to cause foot marks.

Conspiracy theories abound, and this is perhaps the most ridiculous one of all. There are shows that refute the one that denies men were ever on the Moon. Watch for them.

Please visit http://www.clavius.org for comprehensive information showing that the moon landings did, in fact, happen.
I assume that you are basing your objections on the Fox "documentary" which has repeatedly been shown to be fallacious.
