New wireless routers pretty much all allow you to log traffic in and out of your subnet.

My linksys has a nice checkbox or two which allows me to switch the log's on and off. Might need to know which IP's are who's so you can identify which IP goes to which people.

You can check who's connected by using your Linksys router also.

On most systems you will need logging software to capture the data. There are some systems with this built in to the AP/router there are several wifi monitoring systems available. Just search for network monitoring or network logging.
