Ill say 2001 had the best draft class for current players. That drat included LaDainian Tomlinson, Dan Morgan, Richard Seymour, Steve Hutchinson, Deuce McAllister, Reggie Wayne, Todd Heap, Drew Brees, Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, Rudi Johnson,TJ Houshmandzadeh, and Santana Moss. Hard to believe the Bengals got CJ, Rudi Johnson, and Houshmandzadeh all in this draft.

But it brought Peyton Manning, Alan Faneca, Charles Woodson, Takeo Spikes, Hines Ward, Olin Kreutz, Matt Birk, Matt Hasselbeck (on the 6th round), undrafted free agent Jake Delhomme and Randy Moss

Barry Sanders, Troy Aikman, Deion Sanders, Derrick Thomas, etc.Stacked draft at many positions, though the 1983 class was a rich one too with Elway and Marino headlining that one.
