i'm 13 1/2 week pregnant i have a pice of glassv in my toe. i went to the hospital and they would not romove it cause i'm pregnant. and it hurts. what can i do cause it hurts.

go to the doctor not to the hospital, there isn't any reason why they wouldn't remove it, although they may be hesitant to give you pain reliever

Being preggers shouldn't have anything to do with removing a piece of glass from your toe unless there's more to it. Would they have to put you under? If they can do it with general anethesia or with some EmblaCream (numbing agent) there's no reason not to get that out. The risk of infection is higher if they leave it in there, not to mention the pain... I'd def get a second opinion!!!

I agree go to the doctor or if it is not to far under the skin you could have a friend or hubby take it out with a pair of tweezers or clippers but that is only if it is easily visible you want to make sure you get it all

it sound like there scared to give you a pain reliver because
your pregnant go and talk to your doctor and see if they can
do it on a out paient basis.
