Most hotels are 21, you'll have to call around to see if you can get one at 18.

Legal drinking age is 21, so is gambling age. Years ago there was someone who won a million dollar jackpot a few days short of his 21st. Not only did he not win the jackpot, he was charged with underage gambling.

I think as long as you have a credit card you are okay, you are not allowed to gamble or even stop on the casino floor unless you are 21, but as long as you can pay for your room, I think you should be fine. Also, make sure you ask for a room that is not in the manor, those rooms are really bad, we got one of those and ended up checking back out the same day...

21.

Once again, I am baffled by people (Don, fourth answer down) who just spew incorrect information like they know what they're talking about.

You cannot gamble legally in Las Vegas if you're under the age of 21.

You also can rent a car at age 21 at most car rental agencies in Las Vegas. Sheesh.

Folks...if you DON'T know, then DON'T answer!!

18 yrs is all you need to be to rent the room and to gamble. You will have a restriction on alcohol. A credit card is helpful to reserve a room, but one can show up, hoping for a vacancy, and pay cash. You need to be 25yrs to rent a car, but Vegas has plenty of public transportation. Good luck
