hello i'm chelsea i want to get my nose pierced for my birthday and i have my cartilje pierced and that really didnt hurt that bad but i relly dont like pain i afriad tell me the truth does it hurt and how bad?

to me, the cartilage was worse in terms of pain, so u should be fine!!!

Everyone is different. When u get any piercing of course there will be pain and getting ur nose pierced will hurt worse than ur cartlidge. On a scale from 1-10 i'd say about a 5. Whichever side you get done it will make that eye water up for a few min. The swelling will last a few days but just make sure you get the instructions from the professoinal and clean it eyeryday. It doesn't hurt as bad as the tongue, but it does hurt a little more than your cartilage. Probably your eyes will water, and afterward your nose will feel irritated, like when you want to sneeze.

ah i had mine done about 9 yrs in the past now and my tongue become done 10 yrs back, i dont have both any more beneficial reason ya basically get ill of it! hahah (the discomfort 4 a nostril piercing is same to ears over in seconds...and thankgod ya aint were given 2 noses!! hahaha its no longer undesirable in any respect, doll dont hardship!)

If you've ever had your upper ears pierced getting your nose pierced isn't any worse than that.

I have my nose and my cartilage pierced, for me the nose hurt less.

It's different for everyone. I've both nipples, navel, tongue, and upper ear pierced.
Of all those, the nipples hurt the worse considering the time for them to heal. Most pleasureable was the tongue.

I've my tongue peirced two years back it was ok,until i tried eating.so i guess the nose will be fine until you try blowing it,dont forget its winter.IF you know what i mean!
