Really people! Don't you think the natural answer could be that the sky is blue because...in the daylight the Sun refraction Lights Up My Day and dispels the black night.

Because scattering by dust particles in the atmosphere scatters blue light more than red. In the day there is more blue. In the mornings and evenings there is more red.

Outer space is black,duh.
During daylight hours though the sun lights the earth,turning black to blue.
That is why sky is black at nighttime.
