Paris should, and will, go to jail. The question is for how long. It is VERY common for people to serve far less than their sentence. Given the crowding in CA jails and Paris' crime, she'll likely serve some time in jail, but not much. It's just the way the system works - and it works that way for everyone. It's not because she's rich.

She should do here time.
If anyone here got pulled over for their 2nd DUI and made the judge wait. You know that we would be a very dark hole never to be heard from again.

Paris should go to that jail in AZ where the inmates sleep in tents.

She's rich and she's a celebrity. No rich celebrities should ever go to jail - they are just too darn famous.

Yeah right! Let her hang! She did the crime, she can do the time!

Agreed. No amount of money makes her crime less significant. She needs to do her time and learn from her mistakes.
