OK, I liked Ron Paul, up until the debate. He wasn't my favorite, but I liked him more than Mitt and Rudy.

However, even the THOUGHT that the U.S. was responsible for the attacks of 9/11 is so stupid, I can't even comprehend it. If he would have said George Bush himself flew the first plane into the tower, I would have more respect for him now.

The LAST thing we need in this country is a "blame America first" in the White House. Even if we did, it sure wouldn't be from the Republican party!

I mean, I think they just committed the attacks to kill some infidels, but even if the attacks WERE because we are being involved in the Middle East, they should have started a war with us, not defied the Geneva Convention and attacked us that way.

The question is, do you agree that Ron Paul now has no chance of getting the nomination?

As far as I am concerned, he never had a chance. As soon as he opened his mouth he exposed himself as another nut job.
While Rudy G. did put him in his place, I have to say that I don't like Rudy.
Did anyone besides me notice that the whole thing was rigged and that they pushed their favorites and ignored for the most part the two that do represent the true will of the people?
Tom Tencredo and Duncan Hunter were basically pushed aside and only asked a couple of questions while Rudy G., McCain and Romney got the vast majority of the chances to speak.
The powers that be that run this country don't want people like Tencredo and Hunter to be pres. because it would ruin their power party. Whether Dem, or Rep., only certain people are allowed to have a chance to be seen and voted for by "We the People."
As far as Ron Paul, he is actaually a Libertarian and went over to the Rep. party so that he would have some semblence of a chance. In reality he is an idiot who is appearing senile, but has been this way for a long time.
As far aas the idiots that say we got bombed because of our being in the Middle East, etc... If you are capable, think about what the Middle East would be like if we weren't there you morons. If we did not support Israel and do intervention, Israel and the rest of the Middle East would be at war big time and would lead to a major problem for the whole world.
If we weren't ever there, the Soviet Union and China would have been there in a stronger way. The real problem is that France helped the muslim fanatical extremists way back in the 50's , 60's 70's, and up to the present. They allowedKhomeni to be exiled there and protected him wacko nut job. He should have been killed.
If we weren't ever there it would be far worse than it is now.
Instead of trying to blame America and kissing @ss with the terrorists you need to be speaking out against people who purposefully bomb innocent women and children. This just shows how much the far left libs are total idiots and also not only in support of terrorists, but also support comunism/socialism.

Ok seriously, why would you let the spin of Faux news influence you? Think about this for a minute....Because Ron Paul challenges foreign policy you don't like him anymore? He is not blaming the American people he is blaming our foreign policy the last 10 years. Why is that wrong?
The 9/11 commission report actualy sites the same reasoning. So Tell Rudy Giuliani to read the 9/11 Commission report. Great mayor he was!!
You know I think Ron Paul is a real patriot. And he has studied Reagon's memoirs and founding fathers memoirs to see what the original intent was.
You should youtube the video of him telling Rudy to apologize to him! It's great!! He states his reasoning and that he isn't blaming American's he is blaming faulty foreign policy. He thinks that the politics in those countries are also to blame, but something we need to be careful about dealing with. If these guys don't care to blow themselves up why would they care about geneva convention LOL

I disagree. Ron Paul has a chance because I believe that America still has free thinking intelligent people. And Truth will prevail.

I think you were fooled by the FOX new's 'spin' version of Ron Paul's answer. He's reciting what the CIA had reported in the 911 commission - that there is always some kind of 'blowback' when the US intervenes in other nations' politics. In this case, it is the result of many years of meddling in countries with radical islamists. He's not blaming America - he is blaming the foreign policy. Get your facts straight, my friend.

The IRS could be eradicated and altered with no longer something! once I realised (after examining some articles from Devvy Kidd) that each and all and sundry persons stressful working voters have been paying the I.R.S. funds that is going rapidly to the pastime on the national debt, NONE of it going to any government centers, I felt hopeless. The FED is PRIVATELY OWNED business enterprise, which has been stealing our funds for over ninety years. It would desire to be abolished! We artwork for 4 months out of the year as SLAVES to deprave bankers: the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers and others. Get it persons? the FED is a scam! not one of the money the IRS takes from us is going to government centers!!! i won't be in a position to have faith how ignorant every person is... watch the movie "the money masters" hyperlink under. it explains how we are ALL slaves to the wealthy.....

Yes I agree. But I still like him and think he's the best candidate out there.
Let me ask you something. Did he say 9-11 was America's fault, or was he saying that america wouldn't have been attacked fi it wasn't for our poor foreign policy decisions.

There is a difference. Point being we actually learn from our mistakes and we can move on.

If we insist on being stubborn you can expect more bloodshed. They don't care about our women, or our freedom. That's just bush propaganda to incite fear. Our foreign policy since the late 40s was much more agressive in the middle east than our foreign policy before then. We didn't have these problems in the 1920's. Why? It's not our fault. They're the ones who flew planes into buildings. But that doesn't mean we have had sound foreign policy in the middle east.

I don't think Mr. Paul ever had a chance to become the President. I received his comment differently then I think you did. Did we deserve to be attacked? Heck NO. Does every action have a reaction? Yes. Our foreign policy sucks. We stick our toes in the water over seas just enough to muddy the water but not enough to do any good. That makes it worse for the average person in the middle east. We could let all of the cards fall as they may over there. When we are attacked we destroy them. No half way, no lets spread Democracy. Just remove him who attacked us and let the citizens figure the rest out on there own.

Ron Paul did not claim the US was reponsible for the 911 attacks. He merely reitirated what was published in the 911 Commission reports. He should remain in the debates and carry forward his message of freedom and defense of the Constitution.

No, I do not agree with you. I agree with Ron Paul. The attacks were a result of U.S. foreign policy. Even the 9-11 commission report agrees with that.

If you kick a bee-hive (the middle east) and the bees (terrorist) sting you (9-11) you can't blame the bees (terrorists).
