This makes me so mad. Just because she has good behavior, she get her jail time reduced to 23 days. That spoiled b**** needs some time in jail to straighten her out. Who else thinks they should make the sentence longer?

Heck yeah I'm irritated. If it had been any other normal person, we wouldn't even have gotten the ear of a judge, he would have just slammed down the gavel and thrown us behind bars. What's more, this girl is clearly screwed up. She doesn't just need 45 days in jail, she needs a lifetime of counseling by a licensed psychiatrist. She's a spoiled, manipulative, egocentric, screwed up alcoholic. YUCK.

She would not. that's unlike she became into caught purely one time utilising on a suspended license yet three times. i understand a dude who have been given a year (served 8 months 21 days) for paying for caught utilising on a suspended license two times. that's the way of the worldwide. those with funds and prestige often stroll. I easily have a feeling that Paris Hilton is by some ability going to discover a thank you to keep away from even this gentle sentence. She's already milking the strain and stress project. the lady will in all probability have some variety of "breakdown" and finally end up going to an high priced out of how ecu retreat for a number of months. are you able to spell rehab?

Look at this way, I you or I done this where would be? We would be in jail, unless our daddy had the money to pay everyone off. I don't understand the realism to telling people that her sentenced has been reduced due to good behavior. Now really how many people actually believe that, I don't think anyone in their right mind does. If that is all it takes then why aren't the other prisoners receiving that treatment. And protecting her, why? We don't protect any other criminal why her, oh yeah the money, I forgot.hahaha .. But for real, our voice isn't heard any other time so why would it be heard for Paris Hilton..

I'm so bored with the Paris Hilton Jail stuff but everyone is entitled to good behavior when incarcerated, I know some one who received 7yrs and served 3.5years for good behavior on attempted murde and drug possession and 2nd offense. This is her 1st time going to jail.Don't upset yourself be happy she's even be prosecuted I'll be surprised if she spends the night in jail. I'm not a fan beleive me I just know the system.

I knew this would happen. By June 5th her sentence will be down to zero days. I think it's a publicity stunt. The judge, D.A. and Hilton's attorney will be counting their money they made from this while Paris is swerving around drunk or high on the streets of L.A.

How can you get time reduced for good behavior when you have not started to serve your time? I could care less about Paris Hilton, but is this common post sentencing, to have a reduction before the sentence is even started?

The point of the whole thing is that she, as well as the rest of us, should not be put in jail for motor vehicle infractions. The sentence of jail was ridiculous to begin with. Jail should be for real criminals like murderers, rapists and kidnappers. Everyone seems to want to see her crucified. But the point is that NO ONE should be put in jail for the things she did. Her DUI was ridiculous too. A .08 alcohol level? That's just two beers, or rather one Cosmopolitan for her. That's not drunk. This whole thing points out how absurd and unfair the laws are in our country. We're all being strangled by too many laws, and people are accepting it. That's the issue here.

This jail thing is already boring me. Even if she hadn't had it reduced, she is gonna go to some kind of 'special needs unit', not the real jail common people go to. So she basically gets away with it anyway. If you have money you will never have to go through some of the strains common people without fortunes experience!

I am upset also...Paris is a lazy-eyed spoiled hoe.(She doesn't even care about getting other girls' sloppy seconds!) She is not a good role model for the young girls at all. Her stupid comments about how she is treated "unfair because I'm famous" really gets under my skin. How long does she have to flout the law before this drunk socialite ***** kills someone? I really hope she learns a lesson in prison...and gets her *** kicked. Because in the end, that's all she needs...a really good *** kickin' (will maybe bring her SOME humility)

I totally agree with the comments made by Felixstoweblue.
She is an odious little brat who is a total waste of space and ought to have her sentence lengthened not shortened. Whoever showed her such leniency should be severely censured.
