Before you go looking for a lawyer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and read this article. I just read it on a flight last month and thought of it when I saw your question.

It seems obvious, but an employment lawyer. Most will give you an hours advice for a modest fee.

You can go to the EEOC in your state and file a complaint there. You will need all your proof any statements you have from co-workers to back your proof is very helpful. It is really good if you have documented times and dates also

You need the Ministry of Labour for this. If they can't help then go to a lawyer but try them first it doesn't cost anything.

Likely an employment law attorney; however, you may be able to find a small firm who will take your case on a contingency fee basis.

That website also has organizations that can advise you for free.
