I doubted myself 3 months ago and since then I have completely given up on trying to resist *it*... It is sort of a relief not forcing yourself to be in complete control because sometimes hormones run wild and I let them boast in joy hoping this is a phase and will pass soon... Yet, it all started with one simple thought "what if today is my last day on earth?" next thing I knew was, I started doing and saying everything I thought was significant and now having hard time holding my thoughts in. It is not so strange when I 'm around people who have known me for a long time. Yet, it is strange when I feel like being closer to someone I have met 5 minutes ago and wished that I could be in touch more often (simply because I am tempted by their wits/intelligence/sincerity). I can only imagine how awkward my behaviour seems but only if they knew how safe I am on the inside (with zero intention to disturb the balance of anyone's life). I am having real hard time coping with why I should step back and not crave for contact... Well, now, I keep feeding my self with more information by reading and strengthening my foundation as that helps put things in better perspective; yet, I still have the instinct to bond at a deeper level and not so sure how I shall reduce the intensity of the wants and the wishes...

Oh, crap! I'm supposed to resist it aren't it?? Actually I just delay doing something I know I shouldn't do. "I won't do this for 10 minutes.", etc.

I try to live in the "big picture" of best practice, and avoid actions that don't fit that model.

Fear of getting caught usually keeps me in line. Unless I don't care about getting caught. Then there's no stopping me.
