Most Important... Indian cricket team need.. TEAM SPIRIT.
There is something going on among players.It's not b/coz of players only but selection committee,BCCI.
Greg Chappel created this difference a lot.
We need a Captain who can lead team not only on field but keep them together. He should choose the best 11 based on present performance, not his puppet.
I vote .. First.. TEAM SPIRIT
Second.. Captain..(not the best batsman or Bolwer but should be best leader.)
Third.. Coach.... not any Australian or foreign.. Jimmy Amrnath.. best choice.

I agree with all your points except captaincy. As it stands now, Dravid has been captaining the teamm reasonably well. Though Ganguly was a bettercaptain, due to his ego, indifferent attitude and also since his place in the team cannot be taken for grante, there is nobody else in the present team to take up the captaincy immediately.

i would say 1 and 6.
though i will be sad to see Dav Whatmore leave coaching Bangladesh. He improved our team considerably.
if bangladesh can improve, india should improve as well if they are given under Whatmore.
they already have a strong captain. so no need for a new hunt.
