i've had this for a week now and it seems like it hasn't got worse or better since it happened i've been telling myself it's a sore muscle but i don't think they last this long and it hurts alot when i sneeze or burp or yawn if i'm careful with breathing shallow it doesn't hurt thou any idea what it could be?
