Why, Where?

Yes. It should be held every year in the city of the NFL team which has the first pick in the NFL draft. That way it would generate more interest among the fans of the NFL team with the worst record. There would probably be even more fans attending if the event was held in the NFL city with the first pick and part of the ticket revenue could be given to a reputable charity in that city.

What better place is there to host it? The "Capital of the World" is the PERFECT place for the draft, can't get a bigger stage. With ESPN televising the whole thing what more could you ask? Do people REALLY want to go to the draft? Seriously do you really want to go there and sit around for HOURS and listen to oh and this team picked this person? I know I flip back and forth with the draft, I have little interest in sitting for HOURS listening to them talk about nothing. Also what it your team has the first pick? Then who really cares for a few hours. Honestly I can't see how hosting the draft would bring more interest for an organization. The cities that do it in other sports is more a way to make money and bring in some tourism. It does nothing for the league.

Yes, they should move it around like they do for a lot of other organizations. Move around each year from city to city. One year the Cincinnati Bengals get to host it in Cincy. Then next the Houston Texans get to host it in Houston, etc. I think that would help draw a little more interest in it. Each organization gets to host it for one year and it keeps moving around each year.

No. New York is where the NFL headquarters is. It wouldn't make sense to move it.
