You need to see what videos output(s) are available on the laptop. Most will have a "vga" connector for standard computer monitors. It may also have an RCA or S-video output. If that is the case, connect one projector to the vga, and the other to the RCA or S-video. What cables you will need will depend on that input the projector requires.
If you only have a "vga" output, you can purchase a vga splitter. Attachs to the vga port of the laptop and then "splits" to have two vga ports so you can attach both monitors. Available at any computer or electronic store.
A KVM switch is design to hook multiple PCs to one monitor, not one PC to multiple monitors. So most only have one monitor port. No place to attach the second monitor.

Yes, a KVM switch will work, but you may also be able to do it without a KVM switch. If one projector has RGB input and the other one has S-Video input and your laptop has both outputs (they usually do), you can connect one projector to the laptop's S-Video output and the other one to the laptop's RGB output.

If you want the projectors to show the same thing at the same time then you won't want a KVM switch. That's meant for 2 pcs to be used by one keyboard, mouse, and monitor. I found this but you might be able to do better for a price somewhere else:
