It can, or it can mean numerous other things--food poisioning, gallstones, intestinal blockage, stomache virus, stress, ulcers, etc. Many women vomit every day for reasons other than pregnancy.

No, it means you want to vomit. Usually, morning sickness occurs during 6-12 weeks of pregnancy because that is when your pregnancy hormones are the highest and your body isn't used to it.
