I didn't feel anything until I was 6 weeks pregnant and morning sickness started but my mum knew from day one because she was vomiting. Everyone is different. Some tests let you test as early as 5 days before your period. Id try a test!

a lot of the signs/symptoms are the same as right before a period.
cramping, sore bb's
you basically need to wait until you miss the period and test!!

Typically no symptoms are experienced until after the period is late, but the most common early pg symptoms are fatigue and breast tenderness.
