I am raising my daughter to be tolerant, accepting, loving, intelligent, generous, independant, strong, emotionally aware, respectful, healthy.... and the list goes on. When she grows up I hope she can lead by example! If we all did that.........well I'm sure you get the picture!

I would like to do everything, but for now I help out at the soup kitchen, sponsor for big Brother Big Sisters, Work with kids at a specialty boarding school, who would otherwise be on the streets, in prison, or dead. ( I use to be one of those kids) I usually take someone who is homeless out to lunch a couple times a month, recycle everything I possibly can, pick up trash, give blood, volunteer at the hospital and anything else i am driven to do, little things like buy someone in need a new coat, or a book. Try to always see positivity in everything, always be polite even if I don't agree, be honest and always smile at people, even when you know they aren't smiling back.

Volunteering for the Interfaith Hospitality Network to help the homeless get back on their feet, riding the bus instead of driving to work, recycling everything I can, raising money to find cures for diseases, sponsoring a orphan in Mexico, learning another language, sharing the Good News, praying with my friends for our comunity, each other and the world, giving money to organizations that feed the hungry and help the immigrants, trying to set an example making friends with people who are different from me, writing uplifting stories.
