No idea I don't lick lollipops I suck on them lol. I never understood why they did the commercials because I never licked a lollipop like the owl did lol. Oh well.

it does matter, my sister has a short tounge, it takes her almost 1000 licks
I have a thick tounge and its long, only takes me about 400 ^.^
