I am getting No spark and no injector pulse, I am wondering if anyone knows if it has anything to do with incompatible Cam Sensor as the PCM off the old vehicle is a different style. Everything plugs in perfectly, I did have to take the wiring harness from the old car becuase the O2 sensors had a different plug to them. Any insight would be great.

you took a car with a obd 2 system and put in one without a obd 2 system it will never work you need to put all the obd2 sensors back in as the computer will never let it run use the old wireing harness old oxy sensors old cam\crank sensors old knock \temp \ etc sensors

it is possible that the pin positions may also be different on the 94 ecm which one are you using most mopars use the same harness plug on the computer whether it is tbi or tpi
4 6 or 8 cylinders
if you have a manual it should have a diagram so you can compare pin numbers to sensors
is there any reason you didn,t just change manifolds so the o2 sensors would work

really though i am thinking you need to change the sensors
and anything else that has to be changed to get all of the sensors off of the 96 onto the 94 engine

The 94 is obd-1 and the 96 is obd 2 for starters.
The cam and crank sensors are the likely culprit.

the engine should have spark even with a bad or wrong cam senser as crank senser is main timing trigger. verify the ac voltage signal from crank senser 1-5v ac while cranking engine , also go back over entire wire harness for ground connections. ceck the 5 volt reference voltsge to mapand tps sensers and asd. relay 12 volt out put to coil and injectors. it will be on for 30 seconds at key on then turn off until pcm sees the crank signal at start.then it comes back on.hopes this helps.
