Cutest? What on earth, dude? Leaders are about their styles and laws, not cuteness or looks. To be honest, Tony Blair is a very good leader. His pros:
1. Handed back Hong Kong to China.
2. Named Diana "people's princess''.
3. Stopped a war that killed more than 300 people.
George Bush likes war and is greedy for land and gas. (many presidents like Harry Truman are greedy)
