There is no such price. Land (real estate) price is determined by whatever someone is willing to pay for it. You can certainly get an idea of what the property might be worth by checking comparable recent sales of similar properties. But in the end, the actual price and value of the land is determined by whichever buyer offers as much as the sellers are willing to accept.

I agree about the price being set by what people are willing to pay, but you can get a general indication of what the land pieces are selling for by either speaking with a Realtor or calling the local Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce should have something like an average price per square foot for the area.
