Well, I had nothing to do after waking up too early to go to school so I listened to christmas cd's while the hours ticked by. I heard one rendition of Silent Night by Carmen Pendragon and the Hollywood Bowl Symphony Orchestra from 1954 and it made me feel more like it was Christmas Eve than any other song I listened to that early morning. What is your favourite rendition? You can list other songs as well...

Mannheim Steamroller has one out "Stille Nacht". Although it has a very minor vocal beginning, it transitions to a beautiful rendition of silent night.

Now, the guy that taped this had the music a little hot but you will get the idea of what it sounds like.
