You can look her straight in the eye, and say : "I can think of a thousand reasons for you to reject me. But there is also one valid reason, for you to accept me - because I love you for just being you !"
And then ask her "Will you marry me ?"

If she would marry you just based on the way you proposed, this marriage is doomed already. She will not refuse your proposal if she has fallen in love with you while you were dating and you have a great relationship. Sorry, I don't think the way you propose is going to be an influence on her decision at all, and it shouldn't be.

Dear Lodhi. The best way to propose for marriage and love to a girl is be kind to her. Always try to be close to her and then she will have you in your heart and she will not refuse. The main condition is that you should be ver much sincere with her. You should not betray his confidence and she will also like you in the same manner as girls do need love but true love and not no.2 love.

Why would you want to marry someone that doesn't want to marry you. If she wants to marry you then she'll say yes and if she don't then she'll say no. Sounds more like you're worried more about your pride than anything else. If this girl loves you enough to marry you then you should have a pretty good idea about what she'll say before you ask. Love isn't just something you say, it's something you feel.

send her roses at work, one at a time, all day long. the card on the first rose would say "I", the second one would say "DON'T", third "WANT" on and on til she has "i don't want to live with out you" (eight hours at work, eight words. . .lol), then you show up at the end of the day and propose right in front of everyone! or in front of her family at dinner. i dreamt about that one!!!
