No.the earth's mass (or weight) is always the same as human are born over the earths surface and die on it and buried under it,unless a meteorite hits the earth or a whole city is fired into the space!.It's called the law of conservation. It states that matter is neither created or destroyed.

there are around 6.5 billion people on the planet as of 2005 (it's probably closer to 10 billion). given that the average weight of all humans is 150lbs that would be a combined weight of 9,750,000,000,000lbs or 5 billion tons(i rounded off)now combine this with the weight of all other land animals. there is no doubt the planet is getting heavier.(lets not try the stand in one spot and everybody jump experiment)

The stuff that new people are made of is already on the earth, but it has been converted from another souce (food). The matter that these new people are made of has always been and will always be on the earth unless it's taken to another planet or something.
