Actually that wasn't a laugh it was one of those nervous giggles men get when terrified. It only sounded like a laugh because you couldn't hear it correctly through the ball gag. Plus you already had him chained hand and feet to the bed. That and the leather bustier, thigh boots with stiletto heels, fish net stock and the whip are usually a dead give away somebody has a least a little experience. I'm a virgin can you teach me?

There are several possibilities. He knows nothing about sex; he is so nervous that laughing eases stress for him; he has heard from all his friends that you are hot hot hot and are a tigress in bed; he is thinking that he can't make it any easier on you because he can;t get an erection; and last but not least, this is his first time at bat.

Because the knowing look in your eyes gave it away... plus dressing in that black leather corset, fishnets, and high heels, brandshing a whip in one hand and fur lined handcuffs in the other probably didn't help your cause...
