The Bible is 'public domain'. Meaning, you can use it however you see fit. You'll only have to answer to God...LOL! 'Night Of The Living Dead' is also 'public domain' because 'someone' forgot to renew its copyright...lol That's why there's so many different 'versions' of the Bible and why there's so many different 'releases' of the original 'NOTLD'...

Because the bible was written a long time ago, it is considered 'Public Domain' and no one owns the rights to it. Good luck on the whole 'bible as an action movie' thing.

hahahahaha that would be well cool, in his suit and sandals, his wine shaken not stirred etc, mary magdelene as his bond girl, king herod the nasty villian.. seriously i think if they made a decent movie out of it people would take more notice, ur on to somethin there..

No one owns the rights, you just have to worry about the amount of people who would campaign and stop your movie ever making it to the cinema.

Good luck, I'd watch it if the advert looked good.
