I used to prefer asking - I am generally more of an answerer now, though - but it does depend on the questions.

i have only asked questions when i needed to...and i havent asked in a while. ive had a few questions in my head and after a while the answer wasnt that important as it is not as serious as i thought
but i might ask some soon. i just never really have anything to ask. if i can think of something good i will ask.

I spend more time answering questions, but I don't answer questions for the sake of it. I search out the most interesting and intelligent ones. It's easy to answer yes or no just to accumulate points, but when you have to really think and have something relevant to say, there's nothing better.
