if your looking for ideas then you could hire your local play centre they will do the food and kids get to play.or if its in summer have a BBQ hire a bouncy castle play party games like pass the parcel etc.or if it for a small child have a little tea party with sandwiches and things.you could do theme parties like princess and princes fairies etc you could hire a clown or a party entertainer.sorry for the broad ideas dint have much to go on so thought id just reel some off for you.good luck.xx
