Start slow. Stand in the same room as a frog/toad. Then work your way over but only untill you feel comfortable. If you can stand beside the tank that it's in then theres a step in the right direction. After a while try petting it. Then when you feel confadent enough and with someone else in the room that's good with animals and knows you somewhat try picking it up. With time you should be compleatly over the fear ^o^. I use to be afraid of trantulas... I did this and now I handle them easily... infact I own one!

Let yourself be! :D
But if you DO want to get over it, maybe you should slowly start getting used to them. Look at photos or pictures of them every day, and maybe soon you won't be so afraid. Then eventually go see some real ones, I guess.

Good luck :D

Well everone says that the only way to conquer a fear is to face it, and I believe this is true.

I've been scared of dogs all my life, but when I met my step mum, she had a small dog, which I got used to. Now I'm alot better than I was.
