At my new school, well it's not so new anymore b/c the year is almost over, there is this mean girl and she keeps making fun of me. she'll say b/c my name is Jaime Adams she'll say Jameson Adams apple or something. then she'll have everyone else do it too b/c they're afraid of her. Why is she doing this? Why are people doing this? What do i do?

Just ignore her, the more attention you pay to what shes on about, the more pleasure she get out of it, ignore it and soon she will find theres no fun doing it as you are not responding.
Same as dealing with a child, they know how much attention they get when they cry, once they worked out theres no one around to take the crap, they soon stop crying,.

Most likely she is jealous - I know, I know - it sounds silly , but it most always is that. Just don't show that it bothers you - the more she sees that you are upset by her jokes - it is like putting fuel on a fire - If all she has to pick on you about is your name, and saying something about an apple? That is really sad - she isn't very good at tormenting people, is she? Just ignore her, she will go away and bother someone else. Kind of like a rash or a cold, right?

You really need to just ignore her but if thats to hard or not getting her to stay away from her making fun of you, then i think when she (the bully) says somthing to you just agree and laugh or ask her what make her say that? this hopfully will bum her out..
She is just loving the attention but one day somthing will happen to her and everybody will laugh, although it will make u feel good dont laugh with them because when shes back on her feet she will remember, and by hopfully being a decent person she will leave you alone..school can be hard but it gets better i promise

Name teasing is sooo common in school. If someone is apparently voted "cool" then everyone wants to lemming after them. It's stupid, but it's school. It's adolescense.
I had a very unusual name and was a constant source of teasing because of it. Laughing it off, teasing yourself, or saying, "like I haven't heard that one before" can kind of take the wind out of the teaser's sails.
Beat her to the punch and go to school wearing an apple around your neck.
I had one person tease me by calling me one version of a nickname based on my last name. So, I started rattling off all the other nickname versions based on my last name and a few with my first name. They got a good laugh out of it, saw I was good-natured, called me a couple of those names and then left me alone after that.
If it's out and out bullying, you can go to a teacher, principal or guidance counselor about it.

We have all been teased. She was most likely teased at one point in time. It's just a way for her to feel like she has control over another person. Don't let her have control. When she says something like that too you laugh at it. Their will be great confusion in her mind. Keep doing it and she will eventually leave you alone. If you learn to laugh at yourself, people will have control over your emotions. Laugh at the ridiculous.

bullies,deep inside are cowards who want extreme attention because no one's paying attention to them.that's it.my advice is that just ignore her,it isn't even true that you're name is jameson adams whatever right?no one has the right to insult your name!remember that.btw,the jameson adams apple something sounds so extremely stupid,she doesn't know that she's making a fool of herself infront of your peers.maybe you should also say that infront of her face.:D

she's just probably bored with her life and wanna try something new and is needy of people's attention.
just ignore her and she'd get bored herself.
don't even look ignored coz it'd make her feel she's reached what she wants.
and you could say "you, too" and laugh back when she's trying to make fun of you.
she'd find that you're not easy to be played around and realize she picked the wrong kid for her little show..

well there are many options, she might be upset on u for something, she might just want to stand out from the crowd and as long as you don't face her she'll keep doing it, she might just wanna get popular by making fun of your reactions to what she says, she might be envious for something, maybe if you describe her and the situations she attacks you it would be easier to help you

They are doing this because they are immature little jerks. If you just completely ignore them then it will stop. People like this are looking for a reaction (crying, anger, etc) and if you provide them with NOTHING then it will stop.
Be a bigger person, be a nicer person, be an honorable person and you will definately win out in the end!!!

At this point I would ignore them...they are just being stupid. If it gets worse or physical tell someone immediately. I think if you just ignore them or laugh when they say it, they will get bored and move onto someone else.
