No, as the video card memory has nothing to do with with the motherboard's RAM.
However, since you mentioned that you have a PC-133 memory (Which is a little old.) and having a video card that has DDR memory (Which seems to insinuate a generation gap between devices.) I suggest you double check where the video card uses a slot that is supported by your motherboard. (PCI or AGP.)

A video card and the computer memory (a.k.a RAM) are not related. To know if you can use a video card you have to know what the interface is (PCI, AGP, or PCIexpress) then you have to know what your computer is set up for. It is very easy to buy to much video card for your computer. Especially if you still have old memory such as PC 133

Please do not confuse system RAM on your motherboard (PC133) with videoram on the graphics card (ddr, ddr2 or ddr3). They are different and work separately.
The video card w/ ddr will definitely work as long as it is compatible with the graphics port of your PC which could most likely be AGP.
