Celine Dion as she can hold her notes consistently whereas Beyonce's highnotes, if you can call it that, sometimes give the impression that she is screaming at her listeners. Beyonce's voice was more solid when she first started out. It appears as if she is struggling to hold on to her notes nowadays.

I'm not a fan of either, but if you just look at it from a technical point of view; range,power, technique,tone, modulation, versatility,diction etc. I'm afraid Celine wins on all counts.
From a technical point of view Celine dion is very good .
From a technical point of view Beyonce is pretty rubbish.
But in many ways, what matters is who you'd rather listen to.

in my opinion Celine Dion has the greater useful voice by technique of far, regardless of who's track you want. And now Kanye is considered to be a solid source on who has the greater useful voice...LMAO!
