You have to press all three keys at once
Ctrl Alt Up arrow - right side up
Ctrl Alt Right arrow - 90 degrees
Ctrl Alt Down arrow - 180 degrees
Ctrl Alt Left arrow - 270 degrees
Alternate key combination(Ctrl Shift R)

The answer above won't work on all computers, but might as well try it...
Well, it could be under your graphics card settings, so I would try checking on the far right of your taskbar, there might be an icon labeled nvidia settings, or something like that. You might be able to change it there.
Also, try going and right clicking on your desktop and click "properties" and then press "Settings" and press the advanced button. It might be there.

press ctrl, alt, and up arrow all at the same time, and it should fix the problem.
ctrl, alt, and any direction key changes it to the corresponding direction. hope this helps
