When I was in Madrid I saw a McDonalds that had Paella on Thursdays. Funny thing is, I never saw Paella on any of the restaurant menus in Madrid.
When I was in Italy I saw panini style sandwiches at McDonalds.
In a mostly Kosher country like Israel cheese burgers are hard to find.

Yes. In the Philippines, McDonald's serve Fried Chicken with Rice, Spaghetti and Burger Patty with Rice.

Yes. Some countries they do not serve beef. Hawaii serves spam this is the only state in the USA that has McDonald's serving spam.

Yes...In Slovenia and Itally you can get chicken nuggets but they aren't the same type as over here..they have breadcrumbs instead of batter...In Greece you can get a pita called a "greek mac" (big mac inside of a pitashell). and in most of Europe you can buy BEER at MacDonalds...even through the drive through...Its AWSOME...goes great with the fries. Oh and I almost forgot. A 1/4 pounder with cheese is called a Royal with Cheese in Europe. (they have the metric system)

yes, here in the Philippines they serve spaghetti that has a sweet sauce, i heared that they don't do that in other country.
and a burger that is insted of the usual bread, they use rice. something like that.
