It could be a few reasons they might see there reflection in the window so think its another crow. They might see something inside they want. If you have your curtains or blinds open I suggest you close them as this might work. If you already do that move anything that might attract a bird away from the window good luck

They may see a reflection even if they're not mirrored but the most likely answer after that is because they are feeding on small insects gathered on the window or window sill.

Because they get confused in terms they think the window are part of the enviroment. It's happens because probably the windows are reflective and look like a mirror.

Some highly territorial birds will attack windows, car external driving mirrors, hub-caps and other reflective surfaces. They can see their own reflection on the surface, and thinking it is an intruding male, will try to attack it to defend its territory.
This behaviour is particularly prominent during the breeding season, but can also happen at other times of the year, particularly by birds such as robins and grey wagtails who hold winter territories.

They want to get to the food in your cubicle. This is a strange answer, but true.
When I was at the New York Plaza, I threw a peanut for a squirrel to eat and a crow swooped the peanut off the ground. The squirrel looked mortified.

Most likely its to do with their reflection and territorial fighting. I've had one smacking the hell out of my wing mirror on the car as it thought it was someone to fight. they can still see a reflection even if it isn't mirrored
