Just as long as you didn't pick it from between you're back teeth ( unless you were obtaining you're red wings )then it doesn't really matter the value is high as it proves she ain't in the family way so treasure it.

a photo of the makers stamp would help. yet, fairly previous products of silver does no longer have a serial style. with out seeing the piece, the mark or the situation of the tray, it may well be complicated to grant you an estimate of the price of this piece.
