It would have to be made with tools and materials not recognized-in-common by others. Whatever it was, it would have to be completely unrecognizable on any level. No one would be able to tell what it was, and so it would be useless.

Come to think of it, it couldn't even be made with something you would call a tool, because at that point, universals would come into play.

I would say nothing. Even trying to concieve of the riddle invokes a conscious stream of universals.
